From sheet metal to finished products, Bryant Broadcast provides a modern sheet metal fabrication service to a wide variety of industry sectors. We are equiped with the latest in CNC cutting, punching and bending technology to provide the following core services:

CNC Cutting and Punching

The SAFAN - 4mm x 3.5 metre guillotine enables us to cut a wide range of materials to a 4mm thickness.

Our favoured machine for CNC Punching is the Strippit CNC Fabricentre 1000R, which can accommodate 4mm x 2 metre x 1 metre sheet. It has a CNC programmed rotating head carriage with 20 tool stations capable of punching 380 holes/minute and optimising sheet size and run times. This machine has a very wide range of punches suited for accommodating most types of electrical/electronic panel mount connectors in 19" panels, floor and wall boxes, electronic chassis, etc.

We also use a Promecam - 50 tonnes press brake - which can handle 2 metre wide sheet

CNC Bending

CNC bending enables the manufacture of complex shapes in a variety of metals and thickness. Components up to 2.5 metres long can be efficiently and accurately folded on the multi-programmable, Amada 80 Tonnes Press Brake.

CNC Machining

We utilise three 7500 rpm Fadal VMC 15 CNC Milling centres with 20 station tool carrier to produce 19" termination panels, box and chassis fronts/backs, etc. These have a full programme library for most electrical/electronic connector, MCB, etc. cut-outs. We can also engrave text from 2.5mm to 100mm height, filled in any colour. Engraving can be offered on 19" panels up to 6 rack U in height and suited to stage boxes, small wallboxes, labels and ident strips.

Welding

We spot, stud and arc weld steel products, both sheet and tubular.
